The location of the guesthouse is perfect, just off the N2 highway and close to both the beach and the center of town. Guests have mentioned the comfortable and immaculate rooms, with a spacious layout and beautiful presentation. the service provided by the host, Kim, is warm and friendly, making guests feel right at home. Breakfast is reportedly delicious, with the house special being a must-try. the observation deck offers a breathtaking view, providing the perfect spot for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.
Some guests have noted that the self-service from the kitchen/bar can be a bit too relaxed.

Our room had a kitchen, and there's a great restaurant, Swaadisht Foods, just a short walk away.

We felt comfortable from the time we were welcomed by Kim untill we handed our keys back. The best guest house experience I had in a long time. Kim and her staff made our stay effortless and comfortable. We have decided to try and take a break on a regular basis to Toti, provided she can accommodate us. We enjoyed the experience so much, it felt like home from home. I can definately say that anyone looking for accommodation in Toti, should try Kim first and if she cannot accommodate them they should then settle for second best elsewhere. Please thank Kim for the wonderfull experience. From Dolf and Rudi
Everything, the accommodation, the environment, the staff, the friendlyness and the gay friendly attitude (and for us and other gay people this is most important). Not that it was ever discussed or questioned, Kim was completely comfortable and treated us with the same respect and decency she would with any guests. In fact, it was rather sad to say goodbye (after one nights stay). Memorable experience.

The guesthouse was beautifully designed and well-maintained. the breakfasts were delicious and presented with care. the hosts were warm and hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure that guests had everything they needed. the guesthouse had a fantastic location near popular tourist attractions and had convenient parking.
Some rooms were a little bit small and the bathrooms could use an update. Some guests experienced a bit of noise from other rooms.

Fantastic fully equiped facility. Reasonably quiet area. Excellent breakfast. The best of all being the host and hostess Kim and Gordon, they are really worth mentioning.

The fact that you could sit up on the balcony & see the sea or inland if you prefered. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Our stay was very restfull.

Great service and clean rooms. The breakfast was awesome and customizable. The location was also convenient with easy access to the nearby attractions.
The noise level was really high. The walls were thin and I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms.
